Wanted to make a copy of B16 to make the cuts on before I cut the actual B16 part.

Door sill conduit run 33.
To figure out the position, shape and profile of this starboard, aft of headrest conduit covers two G-10 pseudo nutplates, JB KWIK Weld once again came to the rescue.
The door sill was taped with 3M 375 packaging tape, then the inside of the cover was taped with 3M 375.
We then scuff sanded with 80 grit the inside of covers 3M 375 tape. JB KWIK was then applied and left to cure. You see by scuff sanding the cover, when removed after cure the JB KWIK sticks to the cover! Worked great!!
Here you see the JB was already trimmed with razor blade after about 10 minute cure, (while still a little rubbery), The 1" x .450" wide G-10 pseudo nutplates are screwed in place and already shaped to fit the JB KWIK sanding profile.
Ready to bond in the two G-10 pseudo nutplates.
