I purchased a Roman Ogee carbide router bit today from Ace Hardware for close to 45$ before tax. This will be used to try and route front conduit run foam mold.
The shape of mold will be an "S".
Plan is to:
** Cut shape of mold from cereal box cardboard
** Lay cardboard template on a piece of wood, then cut wood to that shape
** Then bond foam to wood and use router to cut foam using the wood as a guide for bearing at tip of cutter to follow
After purchase from Ace, I checked Sears Hardware and Home Depot for better router and or price. Ace had best deal. Height will be a little more than 1/2".
Trying to plan and get to hangar on Thursday to give it a try.
Bit is 1/4" shank and carbide tipped.
