Port headrest conduit 4.
Black sprinkler conduit has it's white paint printing scuffed off with a little Scotch-Bright before permanent bonding in.
Here you are looking inside port headrest at our conduit that is situated just below the gear/door warning siren.
You can just about see the conduit when you look from the starboard side of the plane.
We left the conduit about 1/8" proud of the headrest on each side and to bond it in place put a mini fillet of Aeropoxy / 60 minute flox between the 1/8" overhang of the conduit and the headrest.
