Collar Reduxed, glassed and trimmed. You can see here where we tack TIG welded the head of pivot bolt to fender washer. Forgot to mention this on prior lever friction note. This exterior fender washer has contact area scuff sanded and JB KWIKed to throttle housing. Without doing this you can increase friction on lever where this washer starts to thrust on throttle housing. Think about it, you have friction area of fender washer times two on lever and only friction area of one at this point. JB KWIK worked great and can easily be broken out if ever needed to.
