Airbus_320

Earlier in the day this Airbus 320 lost both engines when it injested some geese and landed in the Hudson river shortly after take off (think Lagurdia and ~3500 feet). It was warmer than that night, but not by much! No souls lost. I think worst injury was a flight attendent brok a leg. Ferry boats and rescuers there very quickly. Air turbine dropped down to allow control. Question is if Pilots chose "ditching" switch that seals off openings in airframe.
