Strobe_4

Somewhat encouraging results two Kuntzleman single power supplies are on order. There was still a little noise in radio with power supply on wingtip, but there is 50 feet of powered high voltage cable on the wingtip, battery was run down and couldn't test with charger on (only getting one blink instead of two), and ground/shielding was less than optimal.
