Strobererer_9

Added a hole in flange and #8 nutplate for grounding high voltage to power supply.
Nothing is easy, needed to put screws in drill and grind OD against grindstone because OD was too big to lay flat. There's a phospher bronze washer between head of screw and #8 ring terminal.
