2008 09 12 Took a bunch of time off for various things over the last 3 weeks. Back to the Europa today. Sorry about the nasty pics, but only had my phone camera with me today. Spent the morning working to get the last of the EIS readings working. Nothing important, just RPM, Manifold Pressure and Fuel Flow. Sandy at GRT worked over the phone with me. Swapped wires 13 & 26 (Tacho output). Now have 13 to EIS input & 26 to ground rather than the other way around. This provides a good tach signal to the EIS. Fuel Flow required an entry of 168 into the FLOCAL2 parameter to get the fuel flow to a reasonable number. In this pic, I'm trying to see if there's a proper 12v on the power to the MP sensor. Once this was confirmed (yes, there was 12v), I plugged in some calibration numbers provided by Sandy and we had a reasonable MP reading. Still need to take a radio to get a proper Altimeter setting so I can put in the correct "offset" to get the two decimal places right on.
