Next, check the wing incidences. They all should be equal at 2.5 deg. By this time you are going round and round adjusting one thing and checking for that adjustment before going back to check all the other angles because that adjustment changed them so more adjustments are needed. Basicly, you never get them all exactly where you want them. You just hope to get any errors smoothed out and spread evenly amongst all the wings. When this was done they moved on to setting up the tail. Flying and landing wires are tensioned. Tail incidence is set to the same 2.5 deg as the wings. This is done with washers and spacers. After the aircraft is flying, further adjustments will be required to come to a final setting. When all are as close to correct as can be achieved, a set of spacers will be made up and proper length bolts used to finalize the tail position.
