Tommy and Gary came over so Gary could assist my troubleshooting efforts. He came to the same conclusions I did. The starter circuit is wired incorrectly. The existing master circuit and starter circuit need new switches, rewiring and a new starter solenoid for starters. When they have been installed, we can test further. Ordered material from ACS and B&C. Meanwhile, I'm trying to get the TLR46a software installed and working on my Windows2000 laptop. It is USB only, but I do have a Serial to USB converter which I hope will do the trick.
