After all this. I spent a couple day working on the throttle cable. Applying the best firearms lube I have and working it into the cable. The firearm lube is designed to penetrate and after the carrier evaporates, it leaves behind a high quality dry lube. Seems to be working very well. Last WOT static test was 5350 RPM & 38.8 in MP. Feeling like it may be time to get on with the test flights.
