On factory recommendation, trimmed the bonding flange over the aileron and flap to 1/2"

Don't get in a big rush to close the wings. They really don't need to be closed until you are close to final finish, just prior to installing the wing root fairings and flap extensions. This allows one to make changes inside the wing as might be necessary or desired. If I had waited, I could have installed those nifty factory tie-down rings.
