Ran a screw through the fixed half of the ratchet to hold it to the other frame. The ratchet still works to tighten the strap so it holds the fuselage.

As soon as I can get some help moving the whole mess out to the patio, I can start the job of setting the wings. John and Pat Morrison are coming over tomorrow evening, maybe he can help for a bit. If not, I may have to ask for volunteers as some point.
