Starboard_strobe_and_position_lights_Y9_06_07

Starboard combo strobe and position lights.
Fill cracked.
*Notes:
Starboard stabilator had a little up and down play, but no fore and aft play. Perhaps just a tad more than N4211W.
Both wings if grabbed at tip have a little fore and aft motion.
I forget the TT but think perhaps ~400hrs? He flew twice from NY to CA.
