Post Cure
Ideally the completed foam parts need a "post cure", overnight at 50 deg. I take them to my work at Fokker where they are put in the drying oven of the paint shop.

Neville Eyre came up with a solution- sand down the top of the flap and lay up new uni. Then at the filling stage straighten out the bottom with filler. At least I found out that accidentally sanding through the glass is not easy. In fact doing it on purpose is bl...y hard work!
