Flap Upstops 3 of 7

I didn't use any welding rod. I made the tip of the screw flush with the washer, then melted them together (close fitting), then took a slight facing cut to true and make things flat, then put in a hand drill and took it to the 1 x 42" belt sander and rounded the edges.
