After cure and trimming of foam and Q-Cel, a little material needed to be removed aft and on the bottom.
I first tried a 1" x 42" belt sanding belt that I cut and made 42" long and tried to shoe shine out the foam, (the belt seams fail under power), but the grit was not course enough.
I located a 3/4" piece of pipe and wrapped it with 80 grit adhesive paper and Alan sanded back the high areas while sitting in the baggage bay area. i was on the outside fitting and unfitting the tie-bar.
Once we got the fit close, I put two pieces of 3M 375 packaging tape on the back side of self adhesive 80 grit sandpaper and you can see in this pict, Alan shoe shined the high points down while I applied a little pressure on the tie-bar.
