When I went around front, I noticed that the starboard door frame must have slipped between the tests and the drilling because there was a significant gap between the frame and fuselage. Well crap... I don't think there is anything I can do now. I guess this is one of the reasons that lightweight filler was invented.

Spent the rest of the day working on the port door. Same as before. Bond, test, note interference, break bond, apply abrasives, clean bond area, bond, etc... I think I may have a decent fit, but won't know till tomorrow.
