Spent a bit of time in the shop this afternoon. I received my Com antenna switch from Bob Archer. It allows you to receive simultaneously on both com radios on a single antenna. Then when you transmit, it removes the non-transmitting radio from the antenna so you don't blast it. In order for it to work, you have to connect it to the transmit key lines from the GMA 340 Audio panel to the individual radios.

FORGET THIS. At the advice of my EAA Tech Counselor, I went with a strip antenna mounted on the port side window frame downward.
