Tie-bar 51.
This starboard side didn't need Flox for the top plate as lightly clamping plates in place during cure did the trick of giving us the proper thickness.
This last hole under the fuel tank nipple is about to get drilled crooked more than I would like.
It ends up the aluminium fixture wore out quicker than I would have liked.
In hindsight I would have installed drill bushings or made the fixture out of steel.
Anyway, 3 of the 4 holes already drilled, are drilled 1 degree, (or a little more), off 90 degrees.
This last hole ended up being drilled just about 3 degrees off.
The reason for this 3 degrees off course is the drill hit the center nut in the wood and cocked the drill bit in the jig.
